Did you know, before bald eagles were an endangered species in the U.S., the country had a bounty on them? That's right, the government would give you money for every pair of eagle talons you brought them. It was thought the eagles, which eat fish, were harming the fisheries industry. We talk with guest David Hancock, an eagle biologist and founder of the Hancock Wildlife Foundation, about the time of a bounty on the eagles, and the amazing changes that happened once the bounty was ended.
